Diploma in Lean Management Postgraduate Studies

The course in "Lean Management" was first offered in the academic year 2008/2009 and provides the Diploma in Lean Management Postgraduate Studies. The minimum number of credits for obtaining the diploma is 40.

This course provides an introduction to the principles, methods and practices underlying the Lean Management and aims to provide knowledge needed to implement their principles. At the end of the program participants should be able to:

• Interpret the concepts inherent in the philosophy of Lean Management,
• Master the knowledge underlying the theory upon which the Lean thinking lays,
• Know the tools and methodologies of Lean operation,
• Develop methodologies for deployment of the strategy,
